This cover material is 210 Denier Nylon, anti-bacterial, germicidal, self-deodorizing and washable.

INSULATOR

Each side contains a fiber insulator pad weighing no less than 2 ounces per square feet thermo bonded and 1/4" thick, overlapping the innerspring by 2" in both length and width.

COIL INNER SPRING UNIT

Spring unit Bonnell style, minimum 312 coil in a row configuration of 8 x 26, 13 gauge, double tempered high carbon steel. All coils are a minimum 17 gauge, fully tempered vertical wire with 5 turn high gross type per coil.

FILLING

Both the top and bottom surfaces have a pad weighing no less then 3.2 ounces per square foot. The pad is composed of shredded textile clippings and blended with low melt fiber, which is thermo bonded. This pad is 3/4" thick.

TICKING | COVER

Seamless nylon cover material is 210 Denier Nylon, anti-microbial, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, crack resistant and wipes clean with soap and water.

FILLING

Mattress is certified medical grade foam. No formaldehyde or any heavy metal materials in foam filling. Foam mattress is 8" thick and meets Federal Requirement 16 CFR, Part 1633, Part 1632 and CAL Tech Bulletin 603 B.

TICKING | COVER

The cover material is 8.5 oz quilted fabric. Produced by Firegard, this heavyweight printed mattress ticking is topically treated to attain fire retardancy.
